I like how RAM Client Pro gives you the ability to select whether you want to show labor & cost of materials to a customer or not. Some customers demand it and then I can show it to them. Others do not request it, so I select to not show those numbers. We only have two different crews that we run at the moment, but business is continuing to improve and we will be adding more crews.
